When we help with training your staff we like to look at our systems as creating a mentorship- that way your staff always has someone available to help with training, not only for just one day- but for their entire career!
Our training will consist of sales strategies, tips and tricks for the admins on the phone to have stronger conversations and conversion, computer based training for tracking software, and weekly conference calls on new training topics weekly. We like to train in person, by use of conference calls, video call training as well as one on one conversations.
